Prenatal classes are held at the hospital once a month. A Certified childbirth instructor teaches the class. Topics include:

• Stages of Labor
  • Epidurals
  • Breathing Techniques
• Pain Management
• C-Sections and Inductions
• Post-Partum Care
• Newborn Care
  • Baby Bath
  • Swaddling
  • Colicky Babies
• Breastfeeding
• Car Seat Safety

Class attendees are also offered a tour of our Birthing Center.
