• $10 - Children (7-12)
• $15 - Teenagers (13 - 17)
• $20 - Survivor
• $25 - Adult (18 and above)

ADDITIONAL DONATIONS:

• Additional $25 - Mission Pink drawstring bag
• Additional $50 - Mission Pink drawstring bag AND baseball cap

PAYMENT:

When NOT registering/paying online, walkers can do so at our hospital Business Office.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

• There are no Team Registration fees. All walkers are responsible for their own fees.
• You must register your team to participate in event contests (team categories).
• You may bring your pet to the Walk, however the animal must be on a leash. Please bring your pet waste baggies.
