What You’ll Need to Register
We at Mission Regional Medical Center strive to make the registration process as simple and efficient as possible. Our Certified Patient Access Representatives are highly trained so your visit with us takes as little time out of your day as possible. Therefore, we ask that you help us by bringing the following documents required for your visit:
- Doctor’s Orders
- Photo Identification or Driver’s License
- Insurance Cards (including Medicare) and/or Medicaid, or Hidalgo County letter/form
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment. If you have any questions please call us and we will guide you through this process.
Express Online Registration
When the need arises for our hospital services (Inpatient and Observation), you may pre-register from the comfort of your home or work.

Monday – Friday
7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
You will receive a confirmation number at the time of your call. If you pre-register online, a Patient Access Representative will call you with the confirmation number. This confirmation number should be brought to the hospital with your doctor’s orders.
